Rules of the Guild

The Mōchirīī Tome

The Tome explains how members communicate, join events, help others & handle problems.

Use it before your first event & whenever a rule needs checking.

Hall Runs

Posted with time zones, goals & RSVP notes when planning is needed; parties form with light role notes & clear start times.

Raffles

A thank-you for presence & spirit; the current raffle status stays public & clearly labeled.

Notices

Patch notes that affect builds & guild decisions are shared with enough lead time to plan.

Quiet Time

Roam, farm, craft, or chat while staying connected to the guild at a pace that leaves room for real life.

Post plans early, communicate changes plainly & keep the pace in reach.

Guild Etiquette

These rules cover chat, mentoring & disputes during guild activity.

Chat

  • Keep event chat short & relevant.
  • Greet new members & answer the question they asked.
  • Avoid jokes that target a member. Stop when someone opts out.

Mentoring

  • Ask before giving advice.
  • Find out what the member already knows.
  • Share one step at a time & let them choose their own build.

Disputes

  • Move disagreements to private messages before they spread.
  • Ask middle leadership about routine concerns. Hall Leaders handle repeated or hall-wide issues.
  • State what happened, own your part & agree on the next step.

Guild Code

  • Keep public channels suitable for all guild members.
  • Respect time zones, schedules & announced breaks.
  • Invite members to events without pressuring them.
  • Report harassment, safety concerns, or repeated conflict to leadership.

Rank Recognition

Ranks reflect conduct & contribution observed over time as a guild member.

Follow-through

Keep commitments & post updates when plans change.

Contribution

Answer questions, share tested information, or help organize parties.

Conduct

Handle setbacks without insults, blame, or public arguments.
