Guild Leader
A leader carries the guild's direction. The members are the body; without them, there is no guild.
Vice Leader
The vice leader is the guild's right hand, supporting the leader & stepping in when needed. They coordinate across halls & help direction become action.
Hall Leader
Hall leaders look after members within their hall. They oversee daily needs, support middle leadership & help every hall stay rooted.
Middle Leadership
Team leaders guide guild teams directly & respond when members need help finding the next step.
Dharmapala
Dharmapala are the core of middle leadership, guarding the guild's culture & daily pace.
Lotus Warden
Lotus Wardens are the first line of support for members, helping with onboarding, answering questions & keeping culture alive day to day.
Petal Keeper
Petal Keepers support participation, answer with patience & keep the shared space useful for everyone.
Members
The heart of Mōchirīī. Member ranks are observed through participation, conduct & contribution over time.
Mochi Blossom
Mochi Blossoms are veterans of the guild before entering leadership roles. They have seen the guild through multiple seasons & helped shape its culture.
Young Bamboo
Young Bamboo are the third rank of members. They have stayed awhile, contributed to the guild & still have room to grow into long-term veterans.
Softwind
Softwind are the second rank of members. They know the guild's culture & community, while still early enough in the journey to keep growing.
Rice Sprout
Rice Sprout is the first rank of members. They are new to the guild & have shown promise through participation & good conduct.
